The space
Bright, open, and smarter than the square footage suggests. A bed, a full sofa for lounging, and a dining table for four — plus a dedicated seat for laptop days. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light and frame the Downtown skyline; step onto your balcony for coffee at eye level with the towers. Guest access
You get the whole apartment — plus the entire building. Other things to note
Self check-in with a smart lock — arrive any time, day or night, no keys and no waiting. In-unit washer and dryer, so pack light. Wi-Fi is fast enough for calls and streaming. Parking is 24/7 paid valet at the building — or skip the car entirely, most guests do. The building is elevator-served, air-conditioned throughout, and secured around the clock.
Neighborhood highlights
You're in the middle of it. Kaseya Center is a 10-minute walk — perfect for a Heat game or a concert. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and the water are minutes away, along with Miami Worldcenter, the Freedom Tower, and PAMM. Brickell's restaurants and nightlife sit just across the bridge. Coffee, groceries, and a great dinner are all within a few blocks, and the whole area is safe, lit, and lively well into the evening.
Getting around
Everything's walkable. The free Metromover stop is 10 minutes walk away and connects Downtown, Brickell, and the Arts District at no cost. Brightline's MiamiCentral station is a short walk for fast trains to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm, and Orlando. Miami International Airport is [~15–20] minutes by car; South Beach is [~15]. Ubers arrive in minutes, and a bike or scooter gets you to the water in five. You genuinely don't need a rental car.

From Miami International Airport (MIA) — 15–20 min by car. Taxi or rideshare is the fastest option (~$25–35). Pickup is on the [ground level / arrivals] curb. By public transport: take the free MIA Mover to Miami Central Station, then the Metrorail Orange Line to Government Center, then the free Metromover to College North — about 45 minutes and under $3.
From Fort Lauderdale (FLL) — 40–50 min by car, or take Brightline from Fort Lauderdale to MiamiCentral.
By car — Head to 501 NE 1st Ave. The building is paid valet-only: pull into the covered porte-cochère at the entrance and the valet team will take your car. There is no self-parking.
From South Beach — 15–20 min by car or rideshare across the MacArthur Causeway.
Arrival & check-in — Check-in from [4:00 PM]. You'll receive your door code and full check-in instructions [24–72] hours before arrival. The front desk is staffed 24/7 — let them know you're a guest of unit 901b and take the elevator to floor 9. Arriving late is no problem; entry is via smart lock, no key handover needed.
Luggage & early arrival — Luggage storage available at the front desk. Bayside Marketplace and the bistro on the ground floor are good places to wait if you arrive early.
