How far is the apartment from the beach?

    The apartment is located very close to the beach and is only a 15-minute drive to Miami South Beach and the baypark is right down the street.

    Are there parking facilities near the apartment?

      There is street parking available all around the building, which is free overnight. There are also garages across the street, starting at $15 per day, and a valet service in front of the building for arround $50 per day. A car rental can be arranged as well!

      Is the check-in self-service or will someone greet me?

        The check-in process runs completely independently via a mobile app. Every guest gets their key on their cell phone and can come and go whenever they want, they are not bound to any appointments. Nevertheless, we are always available and the receptionist in the lobby is also available in emergencies.

        How safe is the area around the apartment?

          The area around the apartment is very lively and poses no risks to our guests. In addition, there is a safe for valuables in each apartment and a doorman in the building ensures that no unauthorized persons are in the building.

          Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking meals?

          The kitchen is fully equipped, including cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, and appliances like a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. We also provide a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster for your convenience. If you need anything else, feel free to ask!

          Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartment and can more towels be ordered?

            Both beds are ready for our guests and there are also towels for each guest in the apartment, as well as soap, shampoo etc. For any extra requests, we send our housekeeping team to see how we can maximize the guest experience. 

            Are there restaurants, cafés or supermarkets nearby?

              The apartment is centrally located and has its own restaurant in the building as well as several restaurants, shops and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Have a look at the location descriptions (hyperlink) where we have written down some recommendations and feel free to contact us if you need any further information. 

              Is there a balcony or terrace?

                Each apartment has a private balcony with a view of the skyline and bay view. You can also enjoy the view over Miami from the pool.

                What are the transport connections (public transport) in the vicinity?

                  There is a train station directly on the other side of the street. We also recommend using Uber if you don't have a rental car, as it's cheap, fast and comfortable, because of the central location. A car rental can be arranged as well.

                  Is there a washing machine and dryer in the apartment?

                    The apartments include both for private use, making them ideal for long-term guests. Please request detergent if needed, or buy it at the CVS downstairs.

                    Is it possible to arrive early or check out late?

                    Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability. For early check-in, we offer two options: from 1 pm onwards for $50 or from 3 pm onwards for $30. For late check-out, you can extend until 12 pm for $30 or until 2 pm for $50. Please let us know in advance if you're interested, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you!

                    How far away is the nearest airport?

                      Miami International Airport (MIA) is 15 minutes away by car and Fort Lauderdale is 35 minutes away.

                      Is there air conditioning in the apartment?

                        All apartments have air conditioning that can be controlled independently by the touchpad on the wall.

                        Are pets allowed in the apartment?

                          Pets are allowed in our property. We welcome up to 2 pets up of a maximum weight of 55 lbs, and there is a fee of $99 per stay (for additional cleaning). Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet so we can make the necessary arrangements.

                          How are the sleeping facilities (e.g. size of the bed)?

                            There are 2 queen-size beds in the apartment which are separated by a wall, where 2 people each can sleep in comfort.

                            Is it possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

                              You can ask reception if they can store your luggage or check-in early. Please note that a fee may apply for this service.

                              Are children or babies allowed in the apartment? Are there baby or children's beds?

                                Yes, the apartment is also suitable for families and infants. We do have a baby crib available. Please let us know ahead of time if you need one, and we'll make sure it's ready for your stay.

                                Are there extra fees that you have to pay on site, e.g. for the amenities?

                                  No, there are no other fees except for extra services such as early check in or late check out. The use of the amenities is included in the price, whether it's the pool or the gym.

                                  Are your apartments suitable for people with disabilities?

                                    We are accessibility friendly! The building and apartment has a step free entrance, wide doors and elevator, which makes it a perfect place for people with disabilities.

                                    Can I request additional housekeeping and cleaning?

                                      Our housekeeping is available upon request for additional towels, cleaning or any service you may wish. Please allow us until the next morning to arrange it.

                                      How do I use the appliances, such as oven, stove, TV?

                                        We have uploaded a house manual with all the instructions for the appliances and are available to help in case of complications. If anything is broken or disfunctional, please contact us and we will have a technician or replacement arranged.
