How far is the apartment from the beach?

The apartment is directly near the beach and is only 15 minutes by car from Miami South Beach.

Are there parking facilities near the apartment?

Valet parking is available in the apartment building, and street parking spaces and nearby garages can be rented.

Is the check-in self-service or will someone greet me?

The check-in process runs completely independently via a mobile app. Every guest gets their key on their cell phone and can come and go whenever they want, they are not bound to any appointments. Nevertheless, we are always available and the front desk in the lobby is also available in emergencies.

How safe is the area around the apartment?

The area around the apartment is very lively and poses no risks to our guests. In addition, there is a safe for valuables in each apartment and a doorman in the building ensures that no unauthorized persons are in the building.

Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking meals?

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, if you have special requests we can always see what we can do, just send us an email in advance so that we have enough time to organize it.

Are towels and bed linen provided in the apartment and can more towels be ordered?

Both beds are ready for our guests and there are also towels for each guest in the apartment. For any extra requests, we work with our housekeeping team to see how well we can fulfill them to maximize the guest experience.

Are there restaurants, cafés or supermarkets nearby?

The apartment is centrally located and has its own restaurant in the building as well as several restaurants, shops and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

Is there a balcony or terrace?

Each apartment has a private balcony with a view of the skyline and bay view. You can also enjoy the view over Miami from the pool.

What are the transport connections (public transport) in the vicinity?

There is a train station directly opposite. We also recommend using Uber if you don't have a rental car, as it's cheap and fast.

Is there a washing machine and dryer in the apartment?

The apartments include both for private use, making them ideal for long-term guests.

Are there restaurants, cafés or supermarkets nearby?

The apartment is centrally located and has its own restaurant in the building as well as several restaurants, shops and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

Is it possible to arrive early or check out late?

Both are possible and can be booked for a fee by prior arrangement.

How far away is the nearest airport?

Miami International Airport (MIA) is 16 minutes away by car and Fort Lauderdale is 35 minutes away.

Is there air conditioning in the apartment?

All apartments have air conditioning that can be controlled independently.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?

Yes pets are allowed in our apartments, but must not exceed a certain size, please let us know in advance so that there are no complications with the reception.

How are the sleeping facilities (e.g. size of the bed)?

There are 2 queen-size beds in the apartment where 2 people can sleep together in comfort.

Is it possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

You can ask at the reception if they can kindly store it for you, optionally for a fee.

Are children or babies allowed in the apartment? Are there baby or children's beds?

Yes, the apartment is also suitable for families and we can bring a crib to the apartment on request. There is also a children's pool by the pool.

Are there extra fees that you have to pay on site, e.g. for the amenities?

No, there are no other fees except for extra services such as early check in or late check out. The use of the amenities is included in the price, whether it's the pool or the gym.
