Long Term Stays

For stays of 28+ days, we will offer you a significant discount. Please reach out via the contact form, email, or phone and share your anticipated travel dates with us, as well as your preferred unit and other preferences you might have. Throughout the low season, in the months of May till October, we offer a fixed monthly term of $3,000, excluding a $75 cleaning and maintenance fee and electricity bill.
